Dear Erica:

I cannot begin to tell you how much everyone is raving about yesterday.  We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Bistro. The food was wonderful as well as the service. Colleagues asked how my event was and I couldn't stop complementing the restaurant.

All the selections were wonderful (beef short ribs were a big hit) as well as the cakes.

Please let the chef and staff know how much they added to an already wonderful day!

Erica,

I just wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful  function you and your staff  created on Friday night. Everything went  perfectly. The room  looked beautiful, the food was delicious and the one small  problem we had with the table placement was corrected within one minute.

We  couldn't have asked for more.

Please send our appreciation to all the members of your staff. Everyone was cheerful and efficient.

I've gotten rave reviews, and I didn't do any of the work, all of you did.

Again, thank you. I will definitely keep your facility in  mind the next time we have the need for a party.

I only wish I had more occasions, so I could do it again soon.

Hi Erica,
Just wanted to say a quick "thank you" for making my sister Lori's bridal shower so wonderful!

The food and the atmosphere were just perfect!

People are still calling to tell me what a lovely time they had (and how much they enjoyed all the delicious food).

Thank you as well for being so helpful in dealing with my Mother and sister's food allergies - kudos to your kitchen staff for preparing gluten free foods for their enjoyment as well.
 

I hope to be able to deal with you again for future parties (my twins will be bat-mitzvahed in 2013, and then a double sweet sixteen in 2016 - think
you'll still be working there - LOL!?!?!?!)

I just wanted to let you know how absolutely wonderful the party was on Sunday.

Though we were expecting a beautiful party, it far exceeded our expectations. From the wonderful variety of delicious hors d'oeuvres (much thanks for your input there ! ) to the fabulous pasta, salad, entrees, dessert, and champagne,  everyone was so impressed and enjoyed every morsel.

The service was impeccable and very cordial to all the guests and their needs and requests.

I received phone calls the next day praising every aspect of the party from the beautiful facility to the presentation of the food  to the terrific service.

Christina was so accommodating as well as the busboy working with her. We thanked her many times. I can't thank you enough and hope we have another party to book there in the near future.
